Development of Recognition Service Assessments Scanned Copies of Examination Sheets

The purpose of this final qualifying work is grade recognition service developing and testing in order to recognize examination sheets scanned copies of the National Research University Higher School of Economics. Represented solution will allow to rid the training office from routine work and automate the assessments transfer to the Learning Management system. The current technologies of text recognition and their usage problems, images working tools, technologies for developing web applications were illustrated for development of recognition service in this paper.
