The theme of the diploma project: the Study of the practice of implementation and application of the demonstration exam WorldSkills in Russian educational institutions. The volume of the thesis 38 pages, which contains 6 figures and 3 tables. When writing the project, 48 sources were used. Key words: COMPETENCE, the Union of the WORLDSKILLS RUSSIA, TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION, COMPETITIVE JOB. The object of the research is the organization of higher and secondary vocational education. The subject of the study is a set of measures to modernize the demonstration exam WorldSkills Russia, as one of the mechanisms to bridge the gap between the requirements of employers and the level of training of graduates. The thesis consists of an introduction, two chapters, conclusion and references. In the introduction, the relevance of the topic is revealed, the area and subject of research is determined, the goal is set and the tasks for its achievement are determined. In the first Chapter, a study of the demo exam, a review and classification of cases. Various statistical reports are also presented to the reader. In the second Chapter the choice of demonstration examination as the only objective assessment of the gained knowledge, abilities and skills by graduates is argued. In conclusion, the main results of the project are summarized. At the end of the work a list of used literature is given.
