Discrimination refers to the restriction or deprivation of the rights of a certain category of citizens on any basis that is not specified in the relevant regulatory act. Labor relations affect the most important from the point of view of satisfying the physical and spiritual needs of the law: the right to equal access to work, to equal remuneration for equal work, to equal chances of promotion, to protection against unemployment, etc.

 

The first direction is the diagnosis of employees of the public authorities of North Ossetia.

The second direction is devoted to the analysis of the direct work of public authorities.

The object of the research is employees of public authorities in North Ossetia.

The subject of the research is the discriminatory restriction of public administration employees.

The purpose of the study is to study the organization, composition and powers of the executive bodies of public authority.

Objectives of the study:

• To analyze the scientific literature on the study of the work of public authorities in legal science;

• Study terminology related to public authority;

• Analyze the research results and write recommendations.

The practical significance of the study is to identify the problems of discriminatory restriction of workers associated with public authority in North Ossetia.

Research methods:

- Methods of theoretical analysis (analysis of legal literature, domestic and foreign experience);

- method of conversation,

- method of observation.

The empirical base of research practice: the Office of the RNO-Alania for state regulation of the production and circulation of alcohol and alcohol-containing products.

Final qualifying work consists of introduction, two chapters, conclusions, conclusion, list of references and applications.
