Despite the situational aspect of emergence, strategic communications have occupied their niche in promoting the European Union in the countries of the Eastern Partnership, both from the point of view of theory and from the point of view of practice, while their use leaves the potential for the full use of all the possibilities of the phenomenon within the EU foreign policy activities, what this work focuses on.
