This graduation work is aimed at reviewing and calculating the introduction of some methods to optimize the warehouse. The problem is the inefficient operation of the warehouse management system and the lack of classification of goods by importance. The topic of work is relevant, as the organization of storage management in the warehouse is an important logistics process of the company, and the profit and competitiveness of the company depend on the good work of the warehouse. The purpose of the final qualifying work is the study of the work of the warehouse of the company CJSC Perm-Vostok-Service and the development of measures to improve its efficiency. To achieve this goal I analyze the activities of the company warehouse and develop measures to improve the efficiency of the warehouse. Key words: optimization, warehouse, storage management, logistics process.
