Mobile Application for Provision of Legal Services

The paper is devoted to the development of the mobile application for provision of legal services. In the study the main approaches of online legal assistance delivery were reviewed and the existing solutions were examined. The functional requirements were elicited and specified based on discovered drawbacks and advantages. The development object is a client-server application for the iOS mobile platform which is aimed to simplify the interaction process between a lawyer and a customer. The deployed server- side application with API and iOS application for two categories of users are the results of this work. The server application is developed in Java programming language with the use of Spring Boot framework while Swift is the main language for iOS application. The paper contains 49 pages, 3 chapters, 53 illustrations, 15 tables, 27 bibliography items, 4 appendices. Keywords – iOS application, client-server application, legal services.
