Renault Russia CO Production Warehousing Improvement

The logistics system is an integral part of each production company, which provides management of warehouse flows for the implementation of a continuous production process. The study is aimed at finding opportunities to determine the best solutions for the distribution of nomenclature items in the warehouse network. The final qualifying work was written on the example of Renault. The work consists of an introduction, first, second and third chapters, conclusion and bibliography. Research methods: system approach, statistical analysis, classification synthesis. The object of the study of the final qualifying work is the warehouse organization of the economy of the Renault automobile plant. The subject of the study are methods to improve the efficiency of warehouse activities. The calculations are based on statistical data of the company's warehouse. This study should help company to determine whether to introduce a new WMS or enough to update and improve the company's existing technologies. The paper presents 1 Annex, 18 tables and 16 figures.
