Forms of Public Control over the Activities of the Executive Authorities of the Russian Federation

The work is devoted to the forms through which one of the institutions of civil society gets its implementation, namely, public control in Russia. The work includes 56 pages; used sources - 72. The subject of the research is the forms of public control over the activities of state executive bodies in the Russian Federation. In order to analyze the content of the institute of public control in this work, the process of formation of this institution was studied. The work also indicates doctrinal and legislative approaches to the understanding of public control, especially its implementation in the field of executive power. The study examines the forms in which social control is embodied, as well as the subjects who use these forms in their activities. The paper presents the problematic aspects of the implementation of public control in Russia, and therefore suggests possible ways for the development of existing mechanisms. The proposals made on the basis of the work will ensure the effectiveness of public control and an increase in the level of interaction between the state and civil society.
