Improving of the Logistics Business Processes in the Company

The relevance of the topic is justified by the fact that the process approach allows solving such tasks as reducing costs, increasing profitability, improving manageability and reducing the influence of the human factor in in company management.

The purpose of the final qualifying work is to study the specifics of the construction and organization of business processes in the logistics system of the trucking company and the development of recommendations to improve them.

To achieve this goal, the following work was done: the first chapter analyzes the state of logistics business processes in companies; The second chapter contains a study of the theoretical foundations of the logistics process of companies; The third chapter provides measures to improve the logistics business processes in the company «Business Lines», also the development of directions for improving the logistics business processes in the company.

The methodological basis for writing this work is the scientific and analytical materials of modern authors, reporting data on the activities of the organization. The features of building logistic business processes were studied by such scientists as A. Bodnya, K. Valyaev, M. Gorelov, A. Imangulova, S. Kopeikin, E. Lapaeva, A. Postnov V. V., Sergeev V. I. ., Frolova Yu.Yu., Chugina Yu.V. and ect.

As a result of the work, recommendations were made on how to improve the business process in «Business Line». Based on the results of the SWOT analysis, the company's strengths and weaknesses were identified; It is indicated that the possible direction of expanding the range of services provided may be the implementation of multimodal transport. Real opportunities were provided for the expansion of activities, the introduction of new systems of cooperation and the introduction of new approaches to the mechanism for the provision of transport and logistics services. Analyzed the main competitors.
