In this paper, the author considers the city from a phenomenological perspective, i.e. as an intentional region. In an attempt to give an apodictic definition of a city, space and time are analyzed, their apodictic substrate is also found. The author comes to the conclusion that the city is the meaningful present, which is understood as the combination of time and space, the substrate of which is the experience of being in the body. Based on this definition, conclusions are drawn about the intentional region of the city.
