State Management in the Field of the Migration Policy Implementation of the Russian Federation

The study examines the state management in the field of migration through the system and structure of public authorities implementing migration policy in the Russian Federation, and analyzes the legal basis of modern migration policy. Particular attention is paid to the formation and development of the Institute of migration in Russia and administrative responsibility for violations of migration legislation.
