Special Administrative Legal Regimes for Implementation of Foreign Trade Activities

The paper explores the special administrative and legal regimes for the implementation of foreign trade activities in two aspects: theoretical-methodological and practical application. Based on an analysis of legislation regulating the regime of cross-border trade, as well as the regime in the territory of special economic zones, the paper identifies the specificity of the application of the regimes. The paper shows the main problems in this area and suggests possible ways to resolve them.
