Nowadays, information technology plays an increasingly important role in the development of any business. This is especially true of the tourism business, which mainly operates using various information and communication technology tools and uses various tools to attract customers and sales. To maximize profits, it is necessary to clearly understand which business tools are most effective at different stages of tourist activity. The purpose of this study is to identify existing ways of interaction between information technology and the tourism sector, as well as to determine the nature of the impact of specific information technologies on the tourism business.
