The Business Plan of the Company with Subscription Business Model

The purpose of this work is to create a business plan of the company, which will sell medical products – one-day soft contact lenses. This product will be sold via direct sales on a basis of subscription. The object of the study is the planning system of the created organization’s activity. The subject of the research is the business plan of the future company. While writing the thesis, the comprehensive analysis of the business model of the created organization was carried out, the main trends of the Russian contact lenses market were evaluated. Also there was the analysis of the viability of the organization according to the evaluation criteria of similar companies selling their goods on a basis of subscription.
