The main aspect of supply process at the project based construction company is interactions with suppliers. In that case supplier selection process will be the main priority. Many construction businesses tend to ignore complex approaches to that problem and prefer narrow analysis of costs. Therefore, the key goal of this study is to elaborate a sustainable supply model for specific firm, which conducts the construction of energy facilities, and on the basis of the real data a these models will be compared. The study will examine the company’s work experience apart from implementing mathematical models and the hypothetical outcomes of using models recommended in the study. On the base of final comparison of outcomes the answer to whether or not to use these models will be given.
