Infrastructure megaprojects play a crucial role in the modernization of cities, determine the future and set development vectors for entire regions. As part of this work, a subproject on the development of tariff solutions was considered during the implementation of a transport mega-project in terms of railway intersubject transportation. In the theoretical part, the main features of megaprojects were analyzed, as well as approaches to tariff modeling within megaprojects. As a result of the study, it was possible to form a model of current and forecast transport behavior, which formed the basis of the tariff model - a tool for making decisions about the effective tariff within the framework of this mega-project under the specified restrictions. In addition to the tariff model, in the research part of the thesis is presented a case describing the decision made in practice, its difference from the effective modeled tariff, and potential effects.
