Final qualifying work on " Analysis of the Development of MFSC’s. The Case of Saint Petersburg" is devoted to the analysis of the development of MFSC’s as a tool to improve the quality and availability of public services on the example of St. Petersburg. The main available performance indicators of the MFSC’s in St. Petersburg are analyzed, the most important criteria for evaluating the effectiveness are justified, the actual problems of the MFSC’s development are studied and recommendations for improving its activities are developed.
