The thesis devoted to the investigation of Russian aviation S&T research centers personnel innovation activity and creativity. The Russian aviation industry is one of the main industry of the Russian Federation with high impact on the defense potential and economic growth of the country in innovative rails. The goal of the research is to observe the current situation in the aviation industry, particularly in aviation science in Russia background and reveal how to stimulate innovation activity and creativity of Russian aviation research centers S&T personnel. That is why it is necessary to answer the following research question: What are the factors stimulating innovation activity and creativity of S&T personnel in Russian aviation research centers? The following hypothesis based on literature review will help to answer the research question: H1: The Russian aviation research centers S&T personnel are highly qualified; H2: There is no systematic approach to innovation activity and creativity stimulation of Russian aviation research centers S&T personnel; H3: Rewards and benefits are in the top factors stimulating innovation activity and creativity. As a result, the goal achieved and research question answered by the list of 8 factors of innovation activity and creativity of Russian aviation S&T personnel. The 2 of 3 formulated hypothesis accepted. The one of them need further investigation.
