This paper describes ways of developing the Internet of Things, which components make up IoT applications, and also how banks develop specifically in this area. The purpose of this work is to create a model of interaction between management companies and banking structures to simplify payment for utility services. A model of a payment system is created in the work, which includes collecting information on the resources used, transferring this information to servers for processing and storing, and setting invoices for payment. The work described the components that can be used on the Internet of Things, what the future model of data collection should consist of, how it will be possible to get information to servers and so on. The study of network protocols and network standards was also conducted, their comparison was made and the most suitable protocols and standards for this system were selected. On the basis of all the studies, the model itself was developed and implemented, which later can be used and already refined directly by banks for further use. The requirement is to create a model of the movement of information in this system and a description of the interaction of users within it. The volume of work is 56 pages, including 3 tables, 23 pictures and 48 sources.
