Improving System of Innovation Management in the Company «Chromos Engineering»

Innovation process is a sequential chain of events in which innovations form from idea to a specific product, service or technology and are investigated in economic practice. Innovation process in Russian companies is a time-consuming and complex process, but essential in term of global competition. In particular, the company "Chromos Engineering" is interested in improving the innovation process, because it helps to increase competitiveness and to improve economic indicators of the company. By realization of innovative projects, the company will be able stop unfair competition, to expect preferential crediting and insurance of innovation projects, to get informational support of innovation activity, etc. The main goal is to develop a project of improving the system of innovation management in the company "Chromos Engineering". In the master dissertation the structure of the innovation process is considered, features of building corporate innovation systems are revealed, experience of building innovative systems of leading corporations is studied, the characteristic of LLC "Chromos Engineering" is given, analysis of economic indicators and production potential is carried out, innovative activity of the enterprise is analyzed. As a result of the study, a project of improving system of innovative management of the company was developed. Theoretical conclusions, practical results of this research can be used by enterprises of industrial complex in the process of innovations introduction and improvement.
