Today, in the era of increasing uncertainty in the global economy and security, there are signs of a decline in the influence of the West and the focus of developing states on domestically in the world. Against this background, each state acts in its own national interests. At the regional level, the tendency towards regional integration is deepening, including in the Eurasian region, in order to find joint ways to solve regional issues in such areas as trade and economic, military, political, humanitarian, etc. with its integration model. In essence, NEA is in turbulence and the political will of each country to increase the level of interaction in the Eurasian space is important. In this context, the foreign policy of Korea “New Northern Policy” is conducted, the purpose of which is to expand economic cooperation with the so-called “Nordic countries” in Korean society - Russia, CIS countries, China, Mongolia, etc. in areas such as logistics, transportation, infrastructure, energy, etc. As one of the 100 priorities of the Government of the Republic of Korea, a foreign policy course is announced - the concept of “Northeast Asia + Responsibility Community”. To implement this strategy, it was proposed to create two pillars - a pillar for peace and a pillar for prosperity. A platform for peace and cooperation in Northeast Asia (Northeast Asia Platform for Peace). "And Cooperation) was created as a support for the world, which is an open platform where relevant stakeholders can meet freely to discuss various issues of cooperation peace and harmony in Northeast Asia.
