The object of the study when writing the work was the social and legal relations that arise in determining the cadastral value of the property based on the results of the State cadastral valuation. The subject of the study was the regulatory framework governing the procedure for conducting the SCV and determining the cadastral value of the property. This final qualifying work includes an introduction, three chapters, conclusion. The introduction reveals the relevance of the research in the chosen direction, the problem is posed, the goals and objectives of the research, the object and subject of scientific research are determined, a hypothesis is formulated, the methodological base of the research, its theoretical and practical significance are indicated. Chapter one explores the development and features of the legislation of the Russian Federation governing the state cadastral valuation. In chapter two, a study of the legal nature, the legal features of the procedure and the legal consequences of state cadastral valuation is carried out. Chapter three examines the relevant judicial practice, identifies and analyzes the main problems that arise when challenging the cadastral value of real estate objects. The conclusion is devoted to the main conclusions of this study and proposals for resolving the problems identified by the procedure for determining the SCV and the procedure for challenging the cadastral value of the property.
