My graduate qualified work is devoted to the regulation of the activities of network companies in Russia. The task is to consider the world experience of tariff regulation and their applicability in Russia. As well as identify the causal relationship between gross domestic product, further predict electricity consumption, electricity consumption, unemployment and carbon dioxide emissions, determine the effectiveness of investments and the financial and economic efficiency of building the station based on renewable energy sources and ultrahigh voltage electricity transmission. In the first chapter I briefly analyze the state and development of the world economy, and also in the second chapter I consider the review of the electricity industry in other countries and in Russia. Next, I consider the approaches of tariff regulation abroad and the existing developments in this segment, the achievements of recent years. Next, there are empirical and financial and economic calculations.
