The object of the study provided in this paper is the work of the transport logistics system in the production company and its implementation in corporate systems. The purpose of my work is to study the main tasks of logistics and consider their implementation in the main corporate environments, as well as analysis of the functionality of existing ERP-systems solving logistics problems. In the process, the main tasks of logistics optimization were studied. The study of logistics problems in the logistics company and put forward solutions to these problems, as well as designed a solution in ARIS Express. The results of the work can be useful, as for new companies, only studying logistics supplies, and for experienced ones who want to reduce their costs and improve efficiency in this area.
