Factors Affecting Negotiations' Outcome in International Alliances: the Example of Renault and Nissan

First chapter is devoted to introduction of definition, international alliance negotiations, peculiarities of international alliance negotiations process, and factors which affect the outcome. In the second chapter, a case study of Renault-Nissan Alliance negotiations is conducted, with key impact factors highlighted with regard to theoretical part. In the third chapter, main findings are represented, recommendations for international alliance negotiators based on the Renault-Nissan case are given, and suggestions for further research are provided.
