This paper describes the proposed study, which will consider global experience in organizing bicycle infrastructure, because of which a motel for cyclists was created. The motel is a place in which all conditions for comfortable living or finding cyclists, both professionally of cycling, and fans of cycling are created. The comfortable environment is determined because of a study of the bicycle infrastructure of different cities and countries. Specialists from different countries worldwide have found a solution in the transition from road transport to cycling and already see undeniable improvements in the quality of life in such cities. In the Russian Federation, this method of transportation is not a priority, however, based on the experience of foreign countries, more and more proposals are being made on introducing a bicycle to the transport infrastructure at the regional and then at the state level.
