In this final qualifying work the methods of ensuring cybersecurity of the person in smart cities are considered. It describes the problems of cybersecurity of a smart city, as well as the problems of cybersecurity of the individual, both from a technical point of view and from a legal point of view. As a result, the study proposed methods to ensure cybersecurity of the individual, describes the rationale for this chosen methods, their effectiveness, and compares them with existing ideas of cybersecurity, the plan to transform Moscow into a "Smart City".
