Psychoanalytic Study of Corporate Culture During Company Transformation

The thesis presented covers detailed review of «organizational culture» theories as well as best world practices regarding different types of organizational culture and different methods in which culture can be diagnosed in any type of organization. The thesis puts special emphasis on the psychodynamic group processes in the organizations under transformations; transformations has become the greatest unavoidable challenge to the modern organization's survival, that's why this thesis is very relevant and covers all the topics that are very up-to-date.The thesis also reviews leading world theories on groups psychodynamic processes. Practical part of the thesis summarizes real life research, that has been conducted by the students for the Russian branch of leading multinational company that is currently facing the challenge of big transformation. The research has been conducted using socioanalytic diagnostic methods such as Drawing and SocioAnalytic Interviewing. The results of the research have given the opportunity to see huge hidden level of anxiety within the organization and create the new platform for the Organizational culture revival.
