The final qualifying work was carried out with the aim of applying the psychoanalytic approach to the research of intraorganizational hidden dynamics on the example of the company's case. Thanks to psychoanalytic tools, it was possible to carry out a thorough diagnosis and give an accurate forecast of the further development of intraorganizational dynamics.
