The main goal of the current work is to develop a conceptual framework for managing expatriate ROI that is able to justify corporations` money spent on global mobility programs. The present work contains three main parts: theoretical insight into the phenomenon of expatriate ROI and existing methods to measure ROI on global assignments; methodological section where the conceptual framework for eROI management is developed based on the critical analysis of existing findings and suggestions; and a practical part with analysis of a company`s case of eROI measurement with recommendations. In the practical part of the work, two case studies are revealed through semi-structured interviews` questions, and their results later are analyzed based on the developed conceptual framework. The developed conceptual framework serves as the main contribution in both theoretical and practical fields. The main managerial benefit of the conceptual framework is in its practical application for the administering and measuring expatriate processes with the systematic approach.
