Legal Regulation of the Exhibition Activities of Museums

My final qualifying work is covering the topic of intellectual property law but also new kind of law in Russian legal system called the law of museums or in the other way to say museums` law. The name of my final qualifying work is “Legal regulation of the Exhibition Activities of Museums”. This study considers to be practical and investigational, that’s why I have written a memorandum about the problem of museums` right to its cultural heritage throughout the years, taking into account that doctrine`s points of view are different from what is written in judicial decisions.
