Psychoanalytic Features of an Entrepreneur’s Personal Potential

The purpose of this work is to identify the psychoanalytic features of the entrepreneur's personal potential based on a comparative analysis of entrepreneurs and hired managers with entrepreneurial experience. Object of study: entrepreneurs. Subject of research: psychoanalytic features of the personal potential of entrepreneurs. The main theoretical objectives of the study: analysis of aspects of the entrepreneurial orientation of the individual, the study of the motivational aspect of entrepreneurial activity, identifying characteristics of the actions of the entrepreneur and determining the psychoanalytic aspect of the entrepreneurial personal potential. Practical tasks that were set in this study: to develop a plan for the study of psychoanalytic characteristics of personal potential, identify the psychological structure of the personality of an entrepreneur and hired manager, conduct a comparative analysis of the psychological structures of the personality of an entrepreneur and hired manager, detect the protective mechanisms used by the entrepreneur and hired manager, conduct a comparative analysis of the protective mechanisms of the entrepreneur and the hired manager, to identify the factor Affecting personal potential entrepreneur.
