With internet meeting new people online have become a common practice. If you meet online, you can collect all the information about the person beforehand before committing into a real-life interaction. Moreover, in the modern world, some acquaintances are made without a desire to meet in the real world, so people exist for each other only in online space. There are many dating apps and more popping out each day. Most of the popular dating apps pair you with random strangers. Such apps care only about pairing you, not about the date going perfectly. People don't know where to go on a date and how to make it stand out. The result is that people stay single and demotivated. This paper proposes an online dating service which connects people from common places. It would naturally limit the choice, which means that you have things in common and icebreaking topics. It's more secure and convenient to meet people from common places. Natural connection is subjectivity of higher value. To make such an app possible, a special algorithm is being developed, which transforms GPS data collected from a user’s smartphone to specific points, where the user may have been. These points are then transformed into places, and users are matched based on them. Keywords: dating app, location tracking, the paradox of choice, the clustering algorithm.
