Optimization of Tour Agency's Logistics Performance Indicators

The graduation work is devoted to optimization of tour’s agency’s logistics performance indicator using different methods. The development of logistics in the tourism requires large capital investments. Optimization is one of the most important parts of working process for improving logistics performance indicators in every tour agency. Due attention to logistics operations in tourism tour agencies have a real effect on their economy, level of service and a position in this field of business. There are many different ways such as ABC- analysis, method of the analysis of hierarchies, make or buy decision process, TQN and CRM. In this work, all these methods will be discussed and some of them will be analysed as the methods to optimize the logistics operations of concrete tour agency “Arctur Travel” considered in this paper. The main goal of this work is to examine the problem of law level of indicators of logistic performance of the tour agency and find the ways to optimize them.
