Opportunities and imitations of Business Process Optimization in Large Companies

The paper reflects the theoretical and practical aspects of the analysis of organizational changes in large companies with an assessment of their potential and limitations . The first Chapter describes the methodological principles of business optimization, presents the main models for assessing the effectiveness of implemented changes, allowing to obtain information about the impact of optimization processes on the processes inherent in large companies. The second Chapter of the master's thesis reflects the objective indicators calculated by the author and points to the problem areas in the system of implementation of organizational changes in the company ООО "ОПХ". The results of the study allowed us to formulate the basic principles of decision-making on the implementation of the workflow actions aimed at optimizing organizational processes, as well as the criteria for determining the effectiveness of implemented changes on the example of the company ООО "ОПХ".
