This final qualifying work is increasingly oriented on total change of existing for the moment supply system, which is absolutely outdated. The main aim of the project is to develop methodological decisions, which can help to improve the efficiency of aviation enterprises supply systems by reducing the logistic costs. The author reviews the Russian and foreign scientist experiences in sphere of supply management and analyses applicability of theoretical knowledge on real local and international airlines. Much attention is paid to the problem of inefficiency of Russian airlines management, and considered specific example of the supply process optimization with calculations.
