Nowadays, the development of physical education and sports largely depends on the provision of sports infrastructure: stadiums, football fields, ice arenas. But the state is not always able to carry out the construction of the necessary number of sports buildings. Therefore, it is important to attract private investment for the creation and reconstruction of sports infrastructure through public-private partnership projects. In this course work we study the legal regulation of the forms of such projects and examples of their practical implementation in Russia, as well as the existing problems in this area and ways to solve them.
