Social Effects of the Implementation of State Innovation Development Programs

The aim of this study is to determine the dependence degree between the social indicators of regional development and implementation of state innovation developments programs in them. In addition to the study of theoretical and applied literature in the field of innovation policy, implemented by the state; the study is based on regional social development indicators identified by the author as possible effects, and the amount of funding for state innovation development programs. Their relationship is assessed by analytical grouping method, data clustering, and correlation and regression analysis to test the statistical significance. The author focuses on the undervaluation problem of the program implementation as the important instrument of region social development. Based on the obtained results, recommendations are formulated for the executive authorities to ensure high implementation performance.
