Optimisation of the Physical Resourсes Procurement Organization in the Energy Utility Company

Due to the active development of markets and the increase in the number of companies, arises the question of choosing the right partner company for the supply of goods and services. The quality criterion has already ceased to occupy the first place in importance, although it remains one of the most fundamental. The use of standard criteria for the selection and evaluation of suppliers does not always meet the current requirements of companies. The final qualifying work is devoted to improving the company's supply system. The work consists of introduction, three chapters, conclusion and five annexes. The first chapter is devoted to the problems that companies face in the field of procurement, the fundamental concepts and approaches in the field of procurement logistics are considered. Provides statistics on the cost of supply from various sources. The second chapter is dedicated to the description of the problem of supplier selection, analysis of supplier selection and evaluation methods, selection criteria and supplier evaluation. The third chapter is devoted to the analysis of the focus company, the development of criteria for selecting and evaluating suppliers of the focus company, testing the criteria for existing suppliers of the company, developing proposals for optimizing both procurement activities and the entire supply department. The study proved the relevance of the chosen topic and the practical significance of the results of the work.
