Baltic Question in the Journalism of Decembrist Andrey Rosen

In this paper, analysis of the journalistic heritage of the Decembrist A. E. Rosen is made to reveal his position on the Ostseian question, which is one of the most discussed topics in the Russian press of the middle of the XIX century.
