Development and Verification of the Technopark Business Model with Specialization in Creative Industries

This paper discusses the key issues associated with the creation, operation, management and evaluation of the effectiveness of the results of the technology park in the field of creative industries. Existing models, characteristics, trends and position in the Russian Federation of creative industries are considered. A review of the theoretical foundations on the definition of the concept of technopark and their classification was carried out. The current situation was assessed and the trends in the development of technology parks, including in the field of creative industries in the Russian Federation and abroad, were analyzed. Key factors were identified when deciding on the creation of a technology park in the field of creative industries and to develop recommendations for assessing the investment attractiveness of the creation of technology parks. A methodology (and tools) for analyzing the potential of a region for locating a technopark of creative industries has been developed. The main elements of the business model of the technology park in the field of creative industries have been developed. An approach to the formation of key indicators for evaluating the performance of technology parks in the field of creative industries has been developed.
