Motivation Characteristics of Legal Department Employees in the System of State Civil Service

This research analyses the main features of motivation of Legal Department employees in public sector. The analysis identifies the most effective ways of motivation, the main mistakes in encouraging public servants and also offers new mechanisms for motivating public servants under the strict regulation of their activities.
