The Master's Thesis addresses the psychoanalytical aspects of organization's progress through the evolutionary stages of its growth. The goal of research is the discovery and establishing relationships between the stage of organization evolution according to F. Laloux and such psychological and psychoanalytical aspects as ego defense mechanisms and personal maturity of the employees at the different stages of organization development. The research covers the specific features of interrelationship of defensive mechanisms of ego and personal maturity displayed by members of organizations being at the different stages of development (according to F. Laloux)
