The theme of this work is “Psychoanalytical Analysis of Women's Leadership. Problems and Perspectives of Development "is considering women's leadership in the modern world, which is currently active discussed. Traditionally, speaking about the leaders of the past and the present, we can notice the active mention of men in different areas: business, politics, socio-cultural sphere. Women leaders are much smaller, but their contribution is no less significant. The development potential of female leadership is very high. Today in the worldd, the number of women leaders is significantly less than men. In Russia, according to research in leadership positions, 13% of women, in the US, more than 20% of women hold top positions. In Russia, women receive 30% less than men, in other countries this figure is much lower. Therefore, women's leadership has great prospects for development. The object of scientific research is women's leadership, its definition, historical development. The subject of scientific research is women leaders from the past and modern women leaders. We consider the psychological qualities that distinguish leaders, their social life and outstanding achievements. The purpose of this work is to identify the features of women leaders, identify problems and prospects for the development of female leadership. The hypothesis of scientific research - with the development of the economy and technology, the changing demographic situation in the world, the role of female leadership will increase, the number of women leaders will increase.
