Logistics Processes Improvement in the Enterprise

The paper examines the significance of logistics processes, their role for the successful development of an enterprise, as well as important features for ensuring the high-quality functioning of processes in small enterprises. Special attention is paid to the «MK» Ltd and SP Veselov A. M. - St. Petersburg «To-Go» coffeehouses. Several measures have been developed for them, including method of expert assessments, ABC analysis and analysis of current consumption of products.
