Year of Graduation: 2019

The policy of import substitution along with food embargo and support for the agricultural sector have led to the increase in the number of companies working in this industry. In addition to stimulating agriculture, the government tightens the requirements for accounting in this industry. The launch of governmental automated information system «Mercury» can be the example of such tightening. At the same time, most of small and medium enterprises operating in agriculture uses obsolete means for performing accounting which results in cost increase for performing accounting and interaction with AIS Mercury. The overall goal of this work is to develop and implement the information system, which automates the business processes associated with accounting in milk production and shipments on a dairy farm. In order to reach the goal set, it is necessary to complete such objectives as: •Study and analyze theoretical aspects of business processes modelling and analysis, requirements and information systems development •Perform business processes modelling and analysis on the enterprise in question. Create ‘as is’ and ‘to be’ business processes models •Develop the requirements for the information system •Develop the information system, including its back-end and front-end parts •Implement the information system on the enterprise in question All the objectives were completed: business-processes have been modelled and analyzed, requirements were developed. The database under MySQL DBMS was designed and deployed, three client modules has been developed on C#. The system was implemented on the enterprise. As a result of work done, the system has been developed and implemented on the agricultural company. By the time of publication, about 3000 shipments have been made with the help of the system, and information about milk yield for more than 4 months has been successfully collected.
