Thematic Media Resources (on the Example of Etokavkaz.ru and Dv.land/)

In this paper, the author considers the thematic media resources "Dv.land" and "This is the Caucasus" as a tool for promoting the territory. The key features of territory promotion are considered, the concepts of brand and territory branding are revealed, the features of online media functioning are reviewed, a comparative analysis of TASS projects – "Dv.land" and "This is the Caucasus" is carried out, recommendations for the production of online projects with a view to territorial branding are presented.
