Economic and Statistical Analysis of the Main Indicators of the Labour Market in the Russian Federation

The purpose of the study is to identify the relationship between real wages and two other key indicators of the labor market: labor productivity and unemployment, as well as to study the dependence of these variables on oil export prices and industrial production growth rates. The following time series analysis methods were used: error correction models (ECM), vector error correction models (VECM), and autoregressive distributed lag models (ADL). The analysis was carried out on the basis of quarterly data of the Federal State Statistics Service (Rosstat) and the Central Bank of the Russian Federation for the period from the beginning of 2000 to the middle of 2018.
