Employee Engagement Management in FMCG Company

Nowadays, there is the tendency of growing importance of employee involvement for the companies operating in a highly competitive and constantly changing market conditions. The prosperity of business is primarily associated not with the growth of financial indicators and volume of production, but with the organization of the human resources management system. It is the staff of the company that is the key to success; the economic results of the organization, customer satisfaction depend on it. For this reason, the degree of employee involvement, their desire to work and develop for the benefit of the company is highly significant. This research can be characterizes as analytical. Thus, the company "X", a representative of the FMCG market, was chosen as the object of research. The subject of the study is the factors of employee involvement of the company "X". The aim of the study is to identify the factors of formation of the employee involvement of the company "X". To achieve the goal of the study, the following goals were set: 1. To consider theoretical approaches to the definition of "employee involvement". 2. To study and systematize the results of studies to identify factors of employee involvement. 3. To determine the understanding and characteristic of employee involvement in the company "X". 4. Determine the factors influencing the employee involvement in the selected departments. 5. Identify changes related to the human resource management in selected departments that occurred in the company in the period from 2016-2018. 6. Develop recommendations to increase employee involvement in the company "X". The structure of the work includes the following parts: introduction, three chapters, conclusion, references and appendices. In the introduction, the relevance of the studied question is considered, the problem, purpose and objectives of the work are formulated, the theoretical basis of the study is determined, the research methods used are indicated. The first chapter includes the analysis of literature sources in order to consider the main approaches to the definition of "employee involvement". In addition, the results of studies on the identification of involvement factors were studied and systematized and, as a result, an integrated map of factors influencing employee involvement was formed. The second chapter describes the program of empirical research and the methods used, also includes characteristics of the object of the study, the approach to involvement in the company. The empirical part of the work consists of three stages: identifying the existing approach to involvement in the company "X" (1), identifying the factors influencing the employee involvement in the company departments, where a decrease in the level of involvement was recorded (2), identifying changes in the company (2016-2018) related to the organization of employees ' work (3). The third chapter includes the analysis of the study results, the developed recommendations to increase the level of involvement in the company "X". In conclusion, the main points of the work are presented. The practical significance of the work is to consider the factors influencing the employee involvement in the context of the FMCG market company. The results of this study can be useful for managers of companies in terms of understanding the factors that influence the employee involvement, as well as recommendations for employee involvement management.
