Statistical Analysis of Economic and Climate Determinants of Agricultural Development in African Countries

The first chapter reflects theoretical approaches to the study of agricultural development in African countries: the basic terms used in particular in crop production, existing studies on a similar topic and existing international programs to support the region in the field of agriculture. The second chapter presents an extensive overview of the current situation of African countries relative to other countries in the field of socio-economic and environmental indicators and presents the dynamics of correlations of independent variables with the selected dependent one for establishing links. The third chapter conducted a study of the dynamic characteristics using the panel tests for unit root and stationarity, and also presents the results of an econometric analysis of the connection “value added of the agricultural sector - environmental and economic indicators of African countries”. In conclusion, the main outputs of the study.
